Abstract
Russia's efforts to secure the area and the country of fundamentalist terrorist group ISIS realized by making arms sales contracts with Iraq . Sale of weapons to Iraq aimed to fighting the ISIS who destabilizing security in the Middle East region . In addition, there are other factors : First , the interests of the Russian self-defense , namely the interest of maintaining stability and security in the country on terror to reappear due to the effect of ISIS . Second , Russia approved the sale of arms to Iraq in the fight against ISIS as an effort to maintain the integrity of its territory from the threat of ISIS increasing movement . Thirdly , the interests of the latter into the background of Russia selling arms to Iraq is of economic interest.
