Abstract

FPI (Front Pembela Islam) sebagai organisasi masyarakat yang berpusat di Jakarta, sejak tahun 1998 sudah terkenal di berbagai aksi “penertiban”, biasa dikenal “sweeping” pada kegiatan masyarakat yang dianggap bertentangan dengan syariat Islam. Melihat hal inilah, yang menjadi alasan warga Dayak di Kalimantan Tengah melakukan penolakan keras terhadap rencana kedatangan FPI di wilayah ini. Peristiwa inipun akhirnya menjadi perhatian bagi masyarakat Indonesia, terutama bagi media Massa. Sehingga SKH (Surat Kabar Harian) Kalteng Pos menjadikan peristiwa penolakan kedatangan FPI sebagai headline selama seminggu berturut-turut. Maka penelitian ini ditujukan untuk melihat realitas media yang dibangun oleh SKH Kalteng Pos yang dikaitkan dengan frame atas media tersebut. Sebagai metode dalam melihat frame SKH Kalteng Pos, peneliti menggunakan metode analisis framing model Pan dan Kosichi. Dimana meneliti dari unsur Sintaksis (Cara wartawan menyusun fakta), Skrip (Cara watawan mengisahkan fakta), Tematik (Cara wartawan menulis fakta), dan Retoris (Cara wartawan menekankan fakta). Berita yang ditelliti sebanyak enam buah berita, dan kesemua berita dijadikan headline oleh SKH Kalteng Pos. Hasil penelitian pada akhirnya menunjukkan bahwa SKH Kalteng Pos cenderung mendukung aksi penolakan, meski SKH Kalteng Pos tetap berusaha seimbang dari segi narasumber. SKH Kalteng Pos terlihat menghindari terjadinya konflik SARA atas peristiwa penolakan ini. Peristiwa penolakan terhadap FPI ini juga diangkat oleh SKH Kalteng Pos terhadap kuatnya pengaruh organisasi DAD (Dewan Adat Dayak) dalam peristiwa penolakan kedatangan FPI. FPI (Front Pembela Islam) as a community organization based in Jakarta, since 1998 it has been known in various acts of "policing", commonly known as "sweeping" in community activities that are considered contrary to Islamic law.Seeing this, the reason the Dayak people in Kalimantan to stiff opposition to the planned arrival of the FPI in this area. This event was ultimately a concern for the people of Indonesia, especially for mass media. So SKH (Surat Kabar Harian) Kalteng Pos use the incident as a headline FPI rejection of arrival for a week in a row. So this study aimed to look at the reality of media that was built by SKH Kalteng Pos frame associated with the media. As a method in the view frame SKH Kalteng Pos, researchers used a method of framing analysis and Kosichi Pan models. Where is the research of syntax elements (How journalists establishing the facts), Script (How watawan tells the truth), Thematic (The way journalists write the facts), and Rhetorical (How journalists emphasize the fact). News surveyed a total of six pieces of news, and to all the news made headlines by SKH Kalteng Pos. The results showed that in the end SKH Kalteng Pos rejection tended to support the action, although SKH Kalteng Post is trying balanced in terms of resource persons.
