Abstract
ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana Dampak Kebijakan Baru Cina Terhadap Stabilitas Regional Asia Pasifik, Asia Pasifik adalah kawasan yang sangat strategis menjadi poros ekonomi dunia,sehingga negara-negara besar seperti Amerika Serikat dan Cina sangat memiliki kepentingan terhadap kawasan tersebut. Cina dengan Kebijakan Baru menegaskan bahwakawasan Asia Pasifik adalah sebagai mitra ekonomi strategis dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi global, Negara-negara di kawasan Asia Pasifik memiliki nilai strategis bagi Cina, yaitu sebagai negara penyuplai kebutuhan energi dan bahan baku industri guna menjamin kelangsungan sektor industri dan perekonomian Cina sekaligus sebagai negara yang menjadi pangsa pasar utama bagi produk-produk ekspor industri Cina. kebangkitan perekonomian Cina juga mengandung kekhawatiran bagi negara-negara yang selama ini berselisih dengan Cina mengenai isu sengketa Laut Cina Selatan dan status kedaulatan Taiwan,Stabilitas kawasan Asia Pasifik adalah tujuan utama untuk menciptakan kemakmuran dan kesejahteraan ekonomi, itu bisa terwujud apabila dua kekuatan besar AS dan Cina bisa menjaga komitmenya dalam bersama-sama menciptakan suasana yang kondusif di kawasan Asia Pasifik. AS dan Cina adalah dua negara pemegang kekuasaan utama dikawasan ini, apabila hubungan AS dan Cina tidak harmonis bisa dipastikan itu akan berimbas kepada stabilitas regional Asia Pasifik ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent of the impact of the Chinese New Policy Against Asia Pacific Regional Stability, Asia Pacific is a very strategic area of the world economy into the shaft, so that large countries like the United States and China have an interest so the region. China with New Policy confirms that Asia Pacific is a strategic economic partner in global economic growth, countries in the Asia-Pacific region has a strategic value for China, as the country's energy needs and supplier of industrial raw materials in order to ensure the continuity of the industrial sector and the economy of China as well as countries that are major markets for the products of China's export industry. the rise of China's economy also contains a concern for countries that have been at odds with China on the issue of the South China Sea dispute and the status of Taiwan's sovereignty, stability of the Asia-Pacific region is the main purpose for creating prosperity and economic welfare, it can be achieved if the two great powers the United States and China can maintain its commitment in jointly create a conducive atmosphere in the Asia Pacific region. United States and China are the two main authorities of this region, when the US relations and China are not in harmony can be sure it will affect the stability of the Asia-Pacific region.
