Abstract
Kinerja karyawan ditentukan oleh banyak faktor diantaranya Komitmen Organisasional, Kompetensi, dan Motivasi. Faktor-faktor ini menjadi penting karena dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan dalam sebuah perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja serta pengaruh komitmen organisasional dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi. Obyek penelitian ini memfokuskan pada PT Tambi Wonosobo sebagai perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang usaha perkebunan teh. Survei dilakukan pada 108 pegawai. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan didukung oleh analisis deskriptif . Hasil pengujian menujukkan bahwa Komitmen organisasional dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tambi Wonosobo. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional dan kompetensi karyawan maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin baik. Penelitian selanjutnya komitmen organisasional dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Tambi Wonosobo melalui motivasi kerja. Hal ini berarti semakin tinggi komitmen organisasional dan kompetensi karyawan akan menumbuhkan motivasi kerja yang tinggi sehingga maka kinerja karyawan akan semakin baik. Secara umum komitmen organisasional, kompetensi dan motivasi kerja karyawan di PT Tambi Wonosobo dinilai baik. Kondisi ini dapat dipertahankan dan terus ditingkatkan menjadi lebih baik lagi. Kata Kunci : Komitmen Organisasional, Kompetensi, Motivasi, Kinerja karyawan Employee's performance is determined by many factors, including the Organizational Commitment, Competence, and Motivation. These factors become important because it can improve the employee’s performance in a company. This study aims to examine the effect of organizational commitment and competence to the performance and the influence of organizational commitment and competency of employee performance through motivation. The object of this study focuses on PT Tambi Wonosobo as a company related in tea plantation. The survey was conducted on 108 employees. Data analysis technique used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) and supported by descriptive analysis. The test results showed that organizational commitment and competence has positive and significant impact on the employee’s performance of PT. Tambi Wonosobo. This means the higher the organizational commitment and competence of employees then the employee's performance will get better. The next future studies is organizational commitment and competence have a positive and significant impact on employee performance of PT. Tambi Wonosobo through work motivation. This means the higher the organizational commitment and employee competence will foster high employee motivation so that the employee's performance will get better Generally organizational commitment, competence and motivation of employees working in PT Tambi Wonosobo assessed a well.
