Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan kausal keadilan prosedural dengan organizational citizenship behavior, apakah komitmen organisasional memediasi hubungan kausal keadilan prosedural dengan organizational citizenship behavior, apakah kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan kausal keadilan distributif dengan organizational citizenship behavior dan apakah komitmen organisasional memediasi hubungan kausal keadilan distributif dengan organizational citizenship behavior. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keadilan prosedural memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan perilaku ektra peran/OCB. Kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan kausal antara keadilan prosedural dengan perilaku ektra peran/OCB. Keadilan prosedural memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan perilaku ektra peran/OCB. Komitmen organisasional memediasi hubungan kausal antara keadilan prosedural dengan perilaku ektra peran/OCB. Keadilan distributif memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja dan perilaku ektra peran/OCB. Kepuasan kerja memediasi hubungan kausal antara keadilan distributif dengan perilaku ektra peran/OCB. Keadilan distributif memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional dan perilaku ektra peran/OCB. Komitmen organisasional memediasi hubungan kausal antara keadilan distributif dengan perilaku ektra peran/OCB. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai masukan bagi pihak manajemen sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam rangka peningkatan kepuasan kerja karyawan dan perilaku ekstra peran/OCB. Kata Kunci : Keadilan prosedural, keadilan distributif, kepuasan kerja, komitmen organisasional, perilaku ekstra peran The research aims to understand whether the job satisfaction mediates the causal relationship of procedural justice with organizational citizenship behaviour, whether the organizational commitment mediates the causal relationship of organizational citizenship behaviour, whether the job satisfaction mediates the causal relationship of distributive justice with the organizational citizenship behaviour, and whether the organizational commitment mediates the causal relationship of distributive justice with the organizational citizenship behaviour. The results of the research show that the procedural justice has a positive an significant influence toward the job satisfaction and the organizational citizenship behaviour. The job satisfaction mediates the causal relationship between the procedural justice and the organizational citizenship behaviour. The procedural justice has a positive and significant influence toward the organizational commitment and the organizational citizenship behaviour. From the results of the research, it is expected that the research may be used as a matter of suggestion for the management within the consideration in order to improve the employees’ job satisfaction and the organizational citizenship behaviour.
