Abstract
Pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) diperlukan oleh kabupaten/kota untuk membiayai pembangunan, meningkatkan kapasitas atau kemandirian fiskal dan sekaligus mengurangi ketergantungan kepada pemerintah pusat. Penelitian ini di ditujukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pengeluaran pemerintah, jumlah penduduk, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi terhadap PAD kabupaten/kota se-Provinsi DIY yang terdiri dari Kabupaten Bantul, Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Kabupaten Kulon Progo, Kabupaten Sleman dan Kota Yogyakarta. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS). Data tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan regresi linier data panel. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel jumlah penduduk tidak berpengaruh terhadap PAD. Tiga variabel lainnya, yaitu pengeluaran pemerintah, pertumbuhan ekonomi dan inflasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap PAD,meskipun dengan tanda yang berbeda. Pengeluaran pemerintah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi menunjukkan pengaruh positif ; sedangkan inflasi menunjukkan pengaruh negatif . Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan PAD, maka pemerintah kabupaten/kota se-Provinsi DIY perlu berupaya meningkatkan pengeluaran pemerintah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi serta mengendalikan inflasi. Temuan lainnya adalah bahwa keempat variabel diketahui mempengaruhi PAD secara simultan. This study aimed to analyze the effect on government spending, population, economic growth and inflation to PAD districts / cities in Yogyakarta Province consisting of Bantul District, Gunung Kidul District, Kulonprogo District, Sleman District and the City of Yogyakarta. The data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The data were analyzed using linear regression panel data. The results of the study indicate that the variable of the population does not affect of PAD. Three other variables, namely government spending, economic growth and inflation significantly influence the PAD, although with a different sign. Government spending and economic growth showed a positive effect, while inflation showed a negative effect. This suggests that in order to increase revenue, the government district / cities of Yogyakarta Province should seek increased government spending and economic growth and control inflation. Other findings are that the four variables known to affect revenue simultaneously. Keywords: inflation, population, revenue, government spending, economic growth.
