Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kegiatan Community Development program
kemitraan yang dijalankan PTPN Kebun Sintang, dan secara deskriptif berusaha menggambarkan
serta menjelaskan dari hasil evaluasi dari kegiatan Community Development program kemitraan.
Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dan pengumpulan data diperoleh
melalui wawancara, observasi, dokumentasi, dan tinjauan pustaka. Program kemitraan ini
merupakan program yang wajib dilaksanakan, karna program ini merupakan perintah dari kantor
direksi, sehingga ada kelemahan pada program ini yaitu program ini tidak jika tidak sesuai dengan
fakta yang ada disekitar unit usahanya. Namun dari hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kegiatan
Community Development program kemitraan pemberdayaan usaha kecil dan menengah (UKM)dapat dikatakan berhasil. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari tercapainya tujuan dari perencanaan program
yaitu semakin meningkatnya usaha para mitra yang mendapat bantuan dari program kemitraan.
Saran penulis alangkah baiknya jika dengan keahlian yang dimiliki Humas PTPN XIII (Persero) Kebun
Sintang dapat membentuk sebuah team untuk dapat melakukan evaluasi mengenai penilaian hasil
akhir dari kegiatan yang telah dilaksanakan, dan untuk program kemitraannya selain memberikan
pinjaman modal, PTPN Kebun Sintang juga memberikan pelatihan dan keterampilan kepada
masyarakat, guna membuka lahan usaha baru. Dari hasil penelitian ini, seharusnya PTPN Kebun
Sintang melakukan evaluasi terhadap program kemitraan ini. Hasil dari evaluasi dapat digunakan
untuk perencanaan kegiatan pada tahun-tahun berikutnya, agar tepat pada sasaran.
ABSTRACT
This study aims to determine how the activities of the Community Development Partnership
program run PTPN XIII Unit Sintang, and descriptively attempted to describe and explain the results
of the evaluation of the activities of the Community Development Partnership program. This
research uses descriptive qualitative research methods and data collection obtained through
interviews, observation, documentation, and review of the literature. The partnership program is a
program that must be implemented, because this program is a command from the directors office,
so there are weaknesses in the program that the program is not otherwise in accordance with the
facts surrounding the business unit. However, the results showed that the activities of the
Community Development Partnership program empowering small and medium enterprises (SMEs)can be said to be successful. It can be seen from the attainment of the objectives of the program
planning of the increasing efforts of the partners who received help from the partnership program.
Authors suggested it would be nice if the broad expertise of PR PTPN XIII (Persero) Unit Sintang can
form a team to conduct the evaluation of the final results of the assessment activities carried out,
and for the partnership program in addition to providing capital loans, PTPN XIII Unit Sintang also
provide training and skills to the community, in order to open a new business area. From these
results, it should PTPN XIII Unit Sintang evaluating the partnership program. Results of the
evaluation can be used for planning activities in subsequent years, so right on target.
