Abstract
AFRITA WAHYUNI, The business Analysis Of Garuda Noodles Lethek Industry (Case Study Noodles Lethek at Bendo Village, Trimurti, Srandakan Bantul, Yogyakarta). Guided By NI MADE SUYASTIRI Y.P. and HENI HANDRI UTAMI. This research aims to analyze the magnitude of profit, breakeven point,added value and business risk from industrial noodles lethek Garuda in the hamlet of Bendo. The basic method used is the deskriftif method. Method implementation method using case studies. Kinds of data used is the primary data and secondary data. The data source used is the noodle industry lethek Garuda, the study of the literature and the internet. Results from this study showed that the average profit of Garuda is Rp 19.350.318,00 industry lethek noodles. Breakeven of industry lethek Garuda noodles is 5.029,7396, 60.356.875 for the unit and for the rupiah. Garuda noodles lethek industry business risks with CV 0.38. The added value of the Garuda noodles lethek industry is Rp 11,658,00. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya keuntungan,titik impas, risiko usaha dan nilai tambah dari industri mie lethek Garuda di Dusun Bendo. Metode dasar yang digunakan adalah metode deskriftif. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan metode studi kasus. Macam data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data sekunder. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah industri mie lethek Garuda, studi pustaka dan internet. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keuntungan rata-rata dari industri mie lethek Garuda adalah Rp 19.350.318,00. Titik impas dari industri mie lethek Garuda adalah 5.029,7396 untuk unit dan 60.356.875 untuk rupiah. Risiko usaha industri mie lethek Garuda dengan CV 0,38.
