Abstract

This research aims to identify whether there are significant and positive influences of the employees financial and non financial compensations and motivation towards the performance of the employees at PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur Prambanan and Ratu Boko in Yogyakarta or not. The population in this research is 322 employees of PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur Prambanan and Ratu Boko in Yogyakarta. Those who became the respondents were 177 employees. The sample collection techniques used cluster random sampling. The hypothesis test was done by using multiple linear regression analysis technique using SPSS for Windows Release 13. The result of reliability test indicates that the value is reliable with each variable of the Cronbach’s Alpha was greater than 0,60. The coefficient value of the Cronbach’s Alpha ranged between 0,826 – 0,907. The result of the research indicates that there are significant influences of financial, non financial compensations and motivation toward the employees performances at PT Taman Wisata Candi Borobudur Prambanan and Ratu Boko in Yogyakarta.
