Abstract
This research aimed to know the magnitude of working discipline variable influence jointly influenced officers’s achievement of Regional Finance and Asset Management income Office of East Sumba Regency and also which variable to dominate towards working achievement of Regional Finance and Asset Management Income Office of Sumba Regency. There were 72 out of 93 research samples’ officers of Regional Finance and Asset Management Income Office of East Sumba Regency. This Research conducted by a survey data and sample collection technique used a proportionate stratified random sampling. While data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaire to the respondents and other data obtained from the related department. Research hypothesis test used a correlation data analysis method and a multiple linear regression,( β ). By using a free variable included wealth (x1), threat (x2), decidedness (x3), competence (x4), role leader (x5), and working achievement as a tied variable. From the F- test, it was obtained a free variable conclusion consist of wealth, threat, decidedness, competence and role leader joinly significantly affected towards officers’ working achievement of Regional Finance and Asset Management Income Office Of East Sumba Regency. A Beta (β) test result showed the most affecting variable towards officers’ working achievement was a role leader variable.
