RATNA DIKA NINGRUM, Diversificationof VariousNila Fish Processing Reviewed from Sales Volume and Added Value(Case Study of Fish Processing Unit “Mino Ngudi Lestari” in Dusun Nayan Desa Maguwoharjo Kecamatan Depok). The research was guided by SITI HAMIDAH and DARU RETNOWATI. This research aimedto analyze sales volume and added value in three kind products of nila fish processing. The basic method used in this research was descriptive method. The implementation methods used case study method. Theused kinds of data were primary and secondary data. The sources of data obtained from the leadership and employees of Fish Processing Unit “Mino Ngudi Lestari”, reports from UPI, and libraries. The data collection techniques were by observation, interviews, and recording.To analyze sales volume and added value of Fish Processing Unit “Mino Ngudi Lestari” used variance analysis and Double Benchmarking of Least Significant Difference (LSD) Method. The result of research from the first hypothesis dry products is the biggest sales volume more than wet products. The result of research from the second hypothesis dry products.
