Abstract
World Health Organization is a international organization which take over all of health problems in all countries in the world. In case of Avian Influenza pandemic in China 2005-2006, WHO take action with many programs and plans to reduce and prevent avian influenza infection in China such as GISRS, WHO Strategic Action for Pandemic Influenza, and many more. Avian influenza is one kind of dangerous infectous diseases in the world, and China has many victims from this disease in past year, even until 2014. Some additional problems arise when China have weakness in health system such as funding system, reporting system, and gap between rural and urban infrastructures. So WHO and China make some agreement to cooperation facing avian influenza pandemic in 2005-2006. Keywords : WHO, Avian Influenza, China, Health System
