Abstract

FRANDIKA CHRISTIANTO, Analysis The Raw Material Eceng Gondok
Inventory (Study Case CV.Enget Handicraft in Bugel Village, Panjatan
Subdistrict, Kulon Progo Regency). Supervised by INDAH WIDOWATI and
JUARINI. This research conducted in CV. Enget Handicraft in Bugel Village,
Panjatan Subdistrict, Kulon Progo Regency, a craft enterprise that use eceng
gondok as raw material. The objective of this study is investigating optimal raw
material quantity ordered, in order cost can be minimalized and to identifying
factors influence raw material inventor in Enget Handicraft. The data employed in
this study both primary and secondary data. Data source obtain from CV. Enget
Handicraft, literature study and other institution related. The data collecting
technique conducted by observation, questionnaire, interview, literature study and
recording. To know optimal raw material amount ordered, in order cost can be
eliminated applied EOQ method. To understand factors influencing raw material
inventory in Enget Handicraft applied EOQ method and regression analysis. The
analysis showed that the optimum amount of raw material ordering of 15.136
kg/month. Regression analysis showed that the costs of inventory significantly
affect the supply of raw materials, the cost of inventories includes the cost of raw
material usage, storage costs and fees.
