Abstract
Communication interpersonal teachers and students was the most
important in a classroom. The study is done to see how the communication
between teachers of counseling with students so there phenomena move of in some
students in public Sma Negeri 1 Merangin, kabupaten Merangin, Province Jambi,
Sumatra. This research are categorized in the qualitative study is descriptive.
Technique the data collection was done through observation and interview. The
theory used in this research was communication theory interpersonal and the
theory of self disclosure (of models the disclosure of self). The results of the
analysis in this study discovered that communication did as teachers of
counseling with students of run in sporadic, where teachers of counseling valid as
center or the stem from any information about election of. The communication
seen, communication exists between teachers of counseling and students walk
balanced, seen as the teacher of counseling provide explanation, students can
then be provide feedback to what is delivered teachers of counseling, next position
communicator and komunikan can exchange. Processes of communication which
is interwoven BK between teachers and students in high schools 1 merangin
involve processes in interpersonal communication or by a group, because it is
often undertaken by counseling teacher with their students for learning and after
in consultation. While processes of communication which is interwoven between
students with the teacher of counseling personally more conducted during
students are outside of class. Processes of communication between students and
teachers this is personal.
