Abstract
This thesis discusses International Humanitarian Law Violation by Israel in the Invansion to Palestinian year 2009-2012. Israeli military invasion to Palestine began in 2009-2012 caused by the seizure of jerusalem region. Israel also has committed an offense by violating the ceasefire agreement that was agreed in 2009. This condition makes the United Nations as a world security organization participated in the conflict reduction. Because this conflict is included in violation of human violence. The Concept theory of International Humanitarian Law is used in this problem, which is reinforced with a liberal approach to explain the role of International Humanitarian Law to solve the problems that occur in the dynamics of international violations. To address those problems, the researcher uses a qualitative research method and in data collection, the researcher uses techniques of literature study (library research) and online research. in this thesis has found that Israel has violated the human assault on the civilian population and has violated the ceasefire agreement. Another thing that was found was the inability of the United Nations as a world security organization to resolve this protracted conflict, and also explained about the constraints of the UN in handling the crisis. Another thing that is also very important is the sterility of international humanitarian law that occurred that caused this military invasion.
