Abstract
Sepak bola nasional saat ini terdapat berbagai kasus sehingga menjadi sorotan bagi masyarakat Indonesia. fenomena mengenai sepak bola diangkat menjadi sebuah film yang berjudul “Hari Ini Pasti Menang”. Film ini berlatar belakang persepakbolaan nasional, mulai permainan cabang sepak bola hingga permainannya yang menyangkut masalah kritik sosial. Berdasarkan latar belakang film tersebut, maka terdapat permasalahan bagaimana makna pesan pada film “Hari Ini Pasti Menang”. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami kritik sosial yang terjadi di tengah-tengah masyarakat Indonesia yang terdapat pada penggemar serta pemain olahraga sepak bola. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kualitatif dan analisis semiotika Roland Barthes dengan mekanisme mengalisis visual dan teks berdasarkan pengamatan semiotika yang terdiri dari signifier (lapisan makna), signified (lapisan ungkapan) serta signification (pertandaan) dari kedua pemaknaan yang teranalisis. Keabsahan data dalam penelitian ini diperkuat dengan dengan; siapa komunikator, motivasi komunikator, konteks fisik dan sosial, dan penjelajahan ilmiah penulis. Hasil penelitian Film “Hari Ini Pasti Menang” mempunyai banyak sekali pesan moral dan etika yang terdapat pada film ini, terutama masalah yang menjadi penyakit pada diri masyarakat. Nilai yang dijadikan sebagai kritik sosial, seperti perjudian, suap menyuap, kekerasan (premanisme), serta mafia sepak bola, sehingga nilai-nilai yang terdapat dalam film ini mengingatkan pada masyarakat Indonesia khususnya para pecinta sepak bola agar dapat memberikan pembelajaran pada kesalahan-kesalahan yang sebernarnya individu itu sendiri yang membuatnya. Keywords: Semiotika, Roland Barthes, Film The numerous cases of today’s national football become the spotlight for Indonesian people. This phenomenon is adapted into a movie “Hari Ini Pasti Menang”. The national football which represents the football matches and the links to the social criticism cover the background of the movie. Therefore, the problem formulation lies on the question of how the significance of the message within the movie is. The study aims to understand the social criticism appeared in Indonesian society who includes the supporters and the football players. The Qualitative and The Roland Barthes’ Semiotics Analysis are the methods applied in the study by evaluating visual and text mechanism based on the semiotics observation that consists of signifier (meaning), signified (expression) and signification (representation) of both analyzed meaning. The data validity of the study is emphasized by the who the communicator is, the communicator’s motivation, the physical and social context, and the writer’s scientific research. Gambling, bribery, violence (racketeering), and football mafia are the social criticism as well as the values emerged from the study of the movie “Hari Ini Pasti Menang”. Thus, the values of the movie advise Indonesian people specifically football lovers to reflect that the human beings must be responsible for the mistakes they have done. There are so many moral and ethic messages of the movie definitely the deviation behavior of the society. Keywords: Semiotics, Roland Barthes, Movie
