Abstract

PT Pertamina RU IV Cilacap dalam mencapai profit setinggi-tingginga
seharusnya mengimbangi aktivitasnya dengan melaksanakan tanggung jawab
sosial atau corporate social responsibility ( CSR) sebagai bentuk pengabdian
terhadap masyarakat. Disinilah kemudian kemampuan peran praktisi PR
Pertamina RU IV Cilacap membangun hubungan dan melibatkan stakheholders
dalam setiap proses penyusunan kebijakan CSR, menjadi menarik untuk di
analisa.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui peran PR PT Pertamina RU IV
Cilacap dalam mengadopsi model Stakeholder Engagement. Penelitian ini
merupakan metode kualitatif dengan menggunakan teori stakeholder. Hasil
penelitian menunjukkan bahwa PR PT Pertamina dalam mengadopsi model
Stakeholder Engagement pada pembentukan program CSR memiliki peran yang
menonjol dalam segi manajerial, yaitu expert prescriber, communication
fasilitator, dan problem solving. Selain itu, hasil penelitian yang didapat dari
penelitian ini adalah peneliti mengklasifikasikan stakeholder berdasarkan setiap
kuadran dalam model stakeholder engagement. Kuadran I; Minimal Effort
memiliki stakeholder masyarakat kabupaten dan masyarakat diluar Ring III
kemudian Kuadran II; Show Consideration memiliki stakeholder organisasi sosial
masyarakat, media massa, dan masyarakat kecamatan. Sedangakan kuadran III;
Keep Satisfied dihuni oleh stakeholder kapolsek dan yang terakhir Kuadran IV;
Work Together memiliki stakeholder masyarakat penerima bantuan CSR,
pemerintah, LSM, BLH, Ramil/DANDIM dan internal Pertamina.

PT Pertamina RU IV Cilacap to achieve the highest profit have to offset activities
with corporate social responsibility (CSR) as a form of devotion to the
community. Here then the ability of the role of public relations practitioners RU
Pertamina Cilacap build relationships and engage stakheholders in any CSR
policy formulation process, it becomes interesting to analisa. Propose this study
was to determine the role of PR PT Pertamina RU IV Cilacap in adopting the
model of Stakeholder Engagement. This study used a qualitative method using
stakeholder theory. Test the validity of this research data use triangulation of
sources, namely by conducting interviews to PR Section Head, CSR Officer, and
PR Officer PT Pertamina RU IV Cilacap and the communities that receive aid
CSR as representatives of stakeholders. The results showed that the PR PT
Pertamina in adopting the model of the formation of Stakeholder Engagement
CSR program, have a prominent role in managerial terms, the expert prescriber,
communication facilitators, and problem solving. In addition, the results obtained
from this study is the researchers classified stakeholder to stakeholder engagement
model is based on the level of participation of stakeholders. Quadrant I; Minimal
Effort has community district and community stakeholders diuar Ring III and then
Quadrant II; Show Consideration has stakeholder civil society organizations,
media, and community districts. While the quadrant III; Keep Satisfied inhabited
by stakeholders police chief, and the latter Quadrant IV; Work Together
beneficiaries have the CSR stakeholders, governments, NGOs, BLH, Ramil /
DANDIM and internal Pertamina.
