Abstract
Perkembangan dunia bisnis sekarang ini mengalami pertumbuhan yang pesat dengan diberlakukannya era perdagangan bebas dimana persaingan menjadi semakin kuat. PT. Mitra Rekatama Mandiri selama ini hanya melihat segi finansial sebagai parameter kinerja perusahaan. Perusahaan saat ini mengalami kesulitan dalam menganalisa parameter apa yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja perusahaannya. Pada dasarnya peningkatan kinerja keuangan bersumber dari aspek non keuangan, sehingga apabila ingin melakukan peningkatan kinerja, maka fokus perhatian perusahaan perlu ditujukan kepada peningkatan faktor kinerja non keuangan juga. Selain untuk mengukur tingkat kinerja perusahaan, perusahaan juga bisa mengetahui key performance indicator yang mempengaruhi peningkatan kinerja perusahaan. Pengolahan data menggunakan metode Balanced Scorecard dengan menghitung masing-masing perspektif, kemudian melakukan pembobotan menggunakan metode Analytic Network Process dengan langkah pertama yaitu menyusun struktur jaringan, kemudian menyusun matriks perbandingan berpasangan selanjutnya pengujian konsistensi data dan yang terakhir pembobotan supermatriks. Berdasarkan hasil pengolahan data diperoleh bobot masing-masing perspektif yaitu: (1) Perspektif Finansial 0.57860, Perspektif Konsumen 0.23378, Perspektif Bisnis Internal 0.04214, dan Perspektif Tumbuh Belajar 0.00365. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bobot perspektif finansial lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ketiga perspektif yang lain. Hal ini juga menunjukkan bahwa pespektif finansial adalah tujuan akhir (kulminasi) dari strategi MAP di PT. Mitra Rekatama Mandiri. PT. Mitra Mandiri Rekatama far only see the financial terms as the company's performance parameters. The Company is currently experiencing difficulties in analyzing the parameters of what can improve the performance of the company. Basically improved financial performance comes from the non-financial aspects, so if you want to increase the performance, then the company needs to focus attention devoted to the improvement of the performance of non-financial factors as well. In addition to measuring the level of performance of the company, the company can also determine key performance indicators that affect the company's performance improvement. Processing the data using the Balanced Scorecard method by calculating each perspective, and then perform weighting using Analytic Network Process with the first step is to structure the network, then make subsequent pairwise comparison matrix testing data consistency and the last weighting supermatrix. Based on the results of data processing obtained by weighting each perspective, namely: (1) Financial Perspective 0.57860, 0.23378 Consumer Perspective, Internal Business Perspective 0.04214, 0.00365 Learning and Growth Perspective. The results showed that the weight of the financial perspective larger than the other three perspectives. It also suggests that financial pespektive is the ultimate goal (culmination) of the MAP strategy in PT. Rekatama Mitra Mandiri.
