Abstract
This Research Aim To Analyse Take Home Pay Factor, Condition Of Activity, Age Tapper, And Status Of Labour To Productivity At Labour And Compare Between Productivity Of Fixed Rabber Tapper And Free Rabber Tapper. The Methods Used In This Reseach Is Diskriptif Methods. To Know The Factors Was Influecing Using Multiple Regression Analysis, Meanhwile To Productivity Tapper Difference Using T Test, The Result Of This Reseach Show That Take Home Pay Factor, Condition Of Activity, Age Tapper And Status Of Labour Influencing The Rabber Tapper Productivity Significantly. Productivity Free Tapper Is Higher Than Fixed Tapper. Key Word : Productivity, Rubber Tapper
