Abstract
The purpose of this study are: 1) To analize based sectors in Karanganyar.2) To analize the position changing of agricultural sector in Karanganyar 3) To analize the influence of economic structure and locational factors on agricultural sector position changing in Karanganyar. The methodology of this study is descriptive analysis. The data of this study were analyzed using Location Quotient Analysis, Dynamic Location Quotient Analysis and Shift Share Analysis. The result of this study are: 1) The agricultural sector is a base sector in Karanganyar. 2) the base position of agricultural sector were change in the future. 3) The economic structure and locational factors influencing the position changing of the agricultural sector.
