Abstract
Budaya perusahaan merupakan nilai-nilai yang menjadi pedoman seluruh
anggota perusahaan dalam bekerja dan beriteraksi dengan eksternal stakeholder.
Mengingat pentingnya budaya perusahaan bagi karyawan, maka budaya
perusahaan perlu di teguhkan di kalangan karyawan. Penelitian ini berjudul
“Analisa Aktivitas Public Relations PT Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia Central Java
dalam Memperteguh Budaya Perusahaan di Kalangan Karyawan”. Penelitian ini
menggunakan deskriptif kualitatif, peneliti dapat mengetahui bagaimana aktivitas
Public Relations PT Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia Central Java dalam
memperteguh budaya perusahaan di kalangan karyawan. Dari penelitian ini dapat
disimpulkan bahwa, unsur-unsur pembentuk budaya perusahaan yang terdapat di
PT Coca Cola adalah lingkungan bisnis, values (nilai-nilai), heroes (keteladanan),
ritus dan ritual, dan jaringan budaya. Dalam menjalankan aktivitasnya, pihak
HRD Coca Cola Central Java menjalankan fungsi manajemen PR. Sedangkan
peran PR Coca Cola Central Java dalam memperteguh budaya perusahaan adalah
sebagai fasilitator komununikasi.
Kata Kunci : Budaya Perusahaan, PT Coca Cola Bottling Indonesia Central Java
Corporate culture is the values that guide all the members of the company in
performing their task and interact with external stakeholder. Considering
importance of company’s culture for the employee, the corporate culture needs to
be strengthened among employees. This research was titled “Analysis of Public
Relations Activities of PT Coca Cola Central Java in Strengthening the Corporate
Culture among Employees”. This research was using descriptive qualitative type,
that the author can understanding how the activities of public relations of pt coca
cola central java strengthen corporate culture among employee. From this research
it can be concluded that, the constituent elements of a corporate culture that
contained in the PT Coca Cola is the business environment, values, heroes, rites
and rituals, and cultural networks. In its activities, HRD Coca Cola Central Java
run Public Relations management function. While the role of PR Coca Cola
Central Java strengthen corporate culture is as a communication fasilitator.
