Abstract

This study examines the influence of Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Self-Efficacy on Employee Engagement at the Transformation Office Sub Directorate of PT Pegadaian (BUMN). This research uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 27. The population of this study consists of employees at the Transformation Office Sub Directorate of PT Pegadaian (BUMN) with a sample of 101 respondents. The sampling technique used was proportionate stratified random sampling with proportionate allocation, so that the samples were proportionally distributed across five divisions. Data were collected through questionnaires using a Likert scale. The results of the study indicate that: 1) Transformational Leadership, Organizational Culture, and Self-Efficacy simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, 2) Transformational Leadership has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, 3) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, and 4) Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement.
