Abstract
Pabrik Mie Lethek Cap Garuda adalah sebuah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industry pangan yang terletak di Dusun Bendo, Desa Trimurti, Kecamatan Srandakan, Kabupaten Bantul. Studi kelayakan yang dilakukan pada Pabrik Mie Lethek Cap Garuda bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kelayakan dalam jangka waktu 5 periode ke depan (2016 – 2020). Studi kelayakan pada Pabrik Mie Lethek Cap Garuda ini dilakukan pada aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen dan aspek finansial. Dan juga dilakukan analisis sensitivitas terhadap perubahan yang terjadi pada penurunan pendapatan dan peningkatan biaya pengeluaran. Dari hasil studi kelayakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa potensi pasar untuk produk mie lethek masih terbuka lebar dilihat dari tidak adanya pesaing dan pertumbuhan jumlah penduduk yang pesat. Pada aspek finansial dengan kriteria penilaian investasi diperoleh nilai untuk Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp 2.289.611.768, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) sebesar 52,08%, Profitability Index sebesar 2,16 dan Payback Period selama 1,94 tahun. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan terhadap penurunan pendapatan sebesar 5% dan 10%, serta kenaikan biaya pengeluaran sebesar 5% dan 10%. Kata kunci: Pabrik Mie Lethek Cap Garuda, Studi Kelayakan, NPV, IRR, PI, PP, Analisis Sensitivitas Pabrik Mie Lethek Cap Garuda is a company that runs in culinary industry, which located on Bendo district, Trimurti village, Srandakan subdistrict, Bantul regency. The feasibility study that implemented to Pabrik Mie Lethek Cap Garuda aimed for understanding properness level within 5 years period of time in the future (2016-2020). The feasibility study on Pabrik Mie Lethek Cap Garuda was implemented on market aspect, technical aspect, management and financial aspect. Sensitivity analysis also implemented toward change that occurred on income decrease and increasing of expenses. From the feasibility study, it can be concluded that market potential for “mie lethek” product still very wide, seen from no competitor and the vast growth of inhabitant. On the financial aspect with criteria of infestation rating, points gained for Net Present Value (NPV) was 2.289.611.768 IDR, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) was 52,08%, Profitability Index was 2,16 and Payback Period for 1,94 year. Sensitivity analysis implemented toward the decreasing of income was 5% and 10%, also the increasing of expenses was 5% and 10%.
