Abstract
The global economic conditions are uncertain due to the pandemic, threatening the
stability of financial companies. The bankruptcy of major banks exemplifies this
risk, with 186 banks worldwide facing similar threats due to aggressive interest
rate hikes by the Federal Reserve. However, Indonesia has a large banking market
and rapidly growing stock values. Many investors are capitalizing on the
fluctuating company values for investment, especially in the capital market with
instruments like bonds, stocks, mutual funds, and derivatives, with stocks being the
most favored. This quantitative research collected secondary data from annual
bank reports, focusing on banking companies listed in the Infobank15 index (2020-
2023). The sample was selected through purposive sampling based on specific
criteria. The analysis shows that Risk Profile, Good Corporate Governance,
Earning, and Capital collectively affect company value. Partially, Risk Profile and
Good Corporate Governance have an insignificant negative impact, Earning is
insignificant, and Capital is significant. Recommendations for companies include
effectively managing these variables to enhance company value. Future
researchers are advised to extend the research duration and consider mediation or
moderation variables and alternative measurement indicators.
