Abstract
ABSTRACT Hasbi Fadloli, Impact of Converting Farmland to nonagricultural Against Economic Community in Sitimulyo village, Piyungan, Bantul Guided by SITI SYAMSIAR and TEGUH KISMANTOROADJI. This study aims to analyze poverty, education and land prices directly affect the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural in Sitimulyo Village, District Piyungan, Bantul and analyze poverty, education and land prices direct and indirect influence on the social economy through conversion to agricultural land non-farm in the village of Sitimulyo, District Piyungan, Bantul. This study used a qualitative research method, the type of descriptive analysis. Method of determining the location of research using the case study method. The method to determine respondents conducted census. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Sources of data from this study is Monographs Village, the Village, relevant institutions and the study of literature. The data collection technique was interview and questionnaire. The analysis method is to use Path Analysis. The results of this study indicate that poverty, education and land prices have an indirect effect on the conversion of agricultural land to non-agricultural and poverty, education, land prices direct and indirect influence through the conversion of land to the village socioeconomic Sitimulyo Piyungan District of Bantul.
