INTISARI
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat menganalisis pengaruh dari suku bunga,
inflasi, dan PDB terhadap penanaman modal asing langsung di lima negara ASEAN
pada tahun 2014-2024. Penelitian ini bersifat kuantitatif dan jenis data penelitian yang
digunakan adalah data sekunder yang bersumber dari ASEAN Statistika data dan
World Bank. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan bantuan
software pengolah data Eviews. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel suku
bunga berpengaruh signifikan dan negatif terhadap penanaman modal asing, sementara
itu variabel inflasi dan produk domestic bruto (PDB) berpengaruh signifikan dan
negatif terhadap penanaman modal asing langsung.
Kata Kunci : Penanaman modal asing. Suku bunga, Inflasi, Produk Domestik Bruto

ABSTRACT
This research aims to analyze the influence of interest rates, inflation and GDP
on foreign direct investment in five countries in the ASEAN region in 2014-2024. This
research is quantitative in nature and the type of research data used is secondary data
sourced from ASEAN Statistics data and the World Bank. This research uses a panel
data regression method with the help of Eviews data processing software. The research
results show that the interest rate variable has a significant and negative effect on
foreign direct investment, while the inflation and gross domestic product (GDP)
variables have a significant and negative effect on foreign direct investment.
