Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis efisiensi peternak plasma dan pengaruh harga DOC, pakan starter, pakan finisher, dan output tertimbang terhadap efisiensi serta menganalisis tingkat efektivitas kemitraan antara PT. Jatmiko Putro dengan peternak plasma. Metode penelitian mengunakan metode deskriptif. Pelaksanaan penelitian menggunakan studi kasus. Pengambilan sampel dengan teknik sampling purposive sebanyak 12 orang peternak yang menjalin kemitraan dengan PT. Jatmiko Putro 6 periode ternak berturut-turut dalam setahun. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usaha peternakan ayam broiler peternak plasma pada kemitraan dengan PT. Jatmiko Putro efisien. Harga output tertimbang berpengaruh terhadap efisiensi. Pengujian dengan ‘skala likert’ menunjukkan tingkat efektivitas kemitraan sedang.
