ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas aplikasi e-wallet Dana
menggunakan metode ISO/IEC 25010, yang merupakan standar internasional untuk
penilaian kualitas perangkat lunak. Evaluasi dilakukan dengan mengukur lima dimensi
utama kualitas perangkat lunak, yaitu Functional Suitability, Usability, Performance
Efficiency, Compatibility, dan Portability. Untuk memperoleh data yang komprehensif,
penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan gabungan, termasuk penyebaran kuesioner kepada
pengguna aktif aplikasi Dana di Indonesia, serta serangkaian pengujian menggunakan tools
dan test case yang relevan. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi Dana memenuhi
sebagian besar kriteria kualitas yang ditetapkan oleh ISO/IEC 25010, meskipun terdapat
beberapa area, seperti Performance Efficiency dan Compatibility, yang membutuhkan
perbaikan lebih lanjut. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengembang aplikasi
e-wallet, baik dalam meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi Dana maupun dalam pengembangan
aplikasi finansial digital lainnya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to evaluate the quality of the Dana e-wallet application using the
ISO/IEC 25010 method, an international standard for software quality assessment. The
evaluation measures five key software quality dimensions: Functional Suitability, Usability,
Performance Efficiency, Compatibility, and Portability. To obtain comprehensive data, the
study employs a mixed-method approach, including the distribution of questionnaires to
active Dana users in Indonesia, as well as a series of tests using relevant tools and test cases.
The evaluation results indicate that the Dana application meets most of the quality criteria
set by ISO/IEC 25010, although there are areas such as Performance Efficiency and
Compatibility that require further improvement. These findings provide valuable insights for
e-wallet application developers, offering guidance for enhancing the quality of the Dana
app and contributing to the broader development of digital financial applications.
