ABSTRAK
PT Jaya Abadi Collection merupakan salah satu perusahaan konveksi baju
muslim di Indonesia. Perusahaan ini berdiri sejak tahun 2017, barang yang
diproduksi adalah berbagai macam baju muslim seperti baju muslim anak, baju
muslim wanita, baju koko, baju kaftan, sarung, mukena, gamis untuk pria dan lain
sebagainya. Proses produksi yang diterapkan pada perusahaan ini yaitu
menggabungkan lini cutting dengan gambar pola. Penggabungan proses produksi
tersebut menyebabkan bottle neck dan perusahaan mengalami kerugian sebesar
17% pertahun.
Studi kelayakan adalah proses menentukan dengan tepat apa proyek itu dan
isu-isu strategis apa yang perlu dipertimbangkan untuk menilai kelayakan atau
kemungkinan keberhasilannya. Studi kelayakan berguna baik saat memulai bisnis
baru atau mengidentifikasi peluang baru untuk bisnis yang sudah ada, seperti
produk, layanan, atau cabang baru. Unsur penting dalam setiap studi kelayakan
adalah untuk memastikan bahwa Berurusan dengan fakta yang benar, asumsi yang
benar, dan data finansial terkini. Banyak proyek gagal karena asumsi didasarkan
pada fakta yang salah.
Pada aspek finansial penambahan lini cutting dengan hasil NPV senilai -
605,631,910 yang mana lebih kecil dari 0. Hasil IRR menunjukan -35% yang mana
kurang dari MARR dan hasil PP dengan lama 9,5 tahun yang mana lebih besar dari
5 tahun sehingga berdasarkan perhitungan payback period tidak layak untuk
dilakukan. Pada aspek finansial penambahan tenaga kerja yaitu biaya investasi yang
diperlukan yaitu sebesar Rp235.500.000 dengan hasil NPV senilai 29,117,390,797
yang mana lebih besar dari 0, hasill IRR menunjukan 62% yang mana lebih besar
dari MARR dan hasil PP dengan lama 0,02 tahun yang mana lebih kecil dari 5 tahun
sehingga berdasarkan perhitungan payback period layak untuk dilakukan.

ABSTRACT
PT Jaya Abadi Collection is one of the Muslim clothing convection
companies in Indonesia. This company was founded in 2017, the goods produced
are various kinds of Muslim clothing such as children's Muslim clothes, women's
Muslim clothes, koko clothes, kaftan clothes, sarongs, mukenas, robes for men and
so on. The production process applied at this company is to combine a cutting line
with pattern drawing. The merger of production processes caused a bottle neck and
the company experienced losses of 17% per year.
A feasibility study is the process of determining exactly what a project is
and what strategic issues need to be considered to assess its feasibility or likelihood
of success. Feasibility studies are useful both when starting a new business or
identifying new opportunities for an existing business, such as a new product,
service or branch. An important element in any feasibility study is to ensure that it
deals with the correct facts, correct assumptions, and current financial data. Many
projects fail because assumptions are based on incorrect facts.
In the financial aspect of adding a cutting line with NPV results of -
605,631,910 which is smaller than 0. IRR results show -35% which is less than
MARR and PP results with a duration of 9.5 years which is greater than 5 years so
it is based on payback calculations period is not feasible. In the financial aspect of
additional workforce, the investment costs required are IDR 235,500,000 with NPV
results of 29,117,390,797 which is greater than 0, IRR results show 62% which is
greater than MARR and PP results with a length of 0.02 years which smaller than
5 years so based on the payback period calculation it is feasible.
