micro and small industries in the provinces on Sumatra Island from 2017 to 2022,
through the variables of Worker Compensation, Average Years of Schooling, and
Gross Regional Domestic Product. This study employs quantitative research and
uses panel data methods processed through the EViews12 program. The research
utilizes secondary data, which is time series data over 6 years, from 2017 to 2022,
and cross-sectional data from 10 provinces on Sumatra Island. The data in this
study is sourced from Badan Pusat Statistik Indonesia. The results of the research,
using the Fixed Effect Model, show that the variables of Provincial Minimum Wage
