PEMBUATAN SISTEM INFORMASI PAJAK REKLAME
BPKPAD KABUPATEN BANTUL BERBASIS WEBGIS

Reklame merupakan salah satu sarana dalam mempresentasikan pesan baik
berupa barang atau jasa kepada publik untuk kepentingan perniagaan. Badan
Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Kabupaten Bantul
saat ini masih menggunakan informasi reklame (iklan) yang terpasang papan reklame
tanpa gambaran peta penyebaran papan reklame sehingga mengingat luasnya
kabupaten Bantul, sulit untuk pengawasan dan penertiban reklame yang tersebar di
kabupaten Bantul. Masalah yang muncul dari proses pendataan manual diantaranya
petugas di lapangan membutuhkan waktu lebih banyak dalam melakukan pendataan
reklame disebabkan petugas harus melakukan pengecekan papan reklame yang
terpasang satu persatu, hal tersebut dapat membuat BPKPAD kabupaten Bantul
terlambat mengetahui status izin reklame yang terpasang di daerahnya.
Berdasarkan permasalahan yang telah dipaparkan di atas, diperlukan adanya
sistem informasi pajak reklame berbasis WebGIS sehingga dapat membantu pihak
BPKPAD dalam mengelola data reklame dan pajaknya serta dapat memudahkan
pemohon reklame untuk dapat mengetahui informasi pajak reklame. Sistem ini
dibangun menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP dan Laravel sebagai framework
PHP dan leaflet JS sebagai library javascript untuk pemetaan.
Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu adanya WebGIS untuk visualisasi pemetaan pajak
reklame di kabupaten Bantul dapat berjalan dengan baik. Hal ini berdasarkan hasil
pengujian black box yang sudah dilakukan. Hasil pengujian tersebut berhasil
memenuhi seluruh parameter keberhasilan.

TAX INFORMATION SYSTEM FOR BANTUL REGENCY

Advertisements are a means of presenting messages in the form of goods or
services to the public for business purposes. The Regional Financial Management
Agency for Revenue and Assets (BPKPAD) of Bantul Regency is currently still using
information about billboards (ads) on billboards without a map of the distribution of
billboards, so considering the size of Bantul Regency, it is difficult to monitor and
control billboards spread across Bantul Regency. Problems that arise from the manual
data collection process include officers in the field needing more time to collect
billboard data because officers have to check the billboards installed one by one, this
can make the Bantul district BPKPAD late in finding out the status of the billboard
permits installed in the area.
Based on the problems described above, it is necessary to have a WebGIS-based
advertisement tax information system so that it can assist BPKPAD in managing
advertisement and tax data and can make it easier for advertisement applicants to find
out advertisement tax information. This system was built using the PHP programming
language and Laravel as the PHP framework and Leaflet JS as the JavaScript library
for mapping.
The result of this research is that the existence of WebGIS for visualization of
advertising tax mapping in Bantul district can run well. This is based on the results of
black box testing that has been carried out. The test results succeeded in meeting all
success parameters.
