RAHMAD HIDAYAT. 2024. Analisis Persediaan Beras Organik menggunakan
Metode Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) pada PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia,
Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta. Di bawah arahan Dwi Aulia Puspitaningrum.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis jumlah persediaan optimal
berdasarkan jumlah pemesanan beras organik pada PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia,
(2) Menganalisis safety stock beras organik pada PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia
dan (3) Menganalisis titik pemesanan ulang beras organik pada PT. Lingkar
Organik Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif deskriptif
dengan pendekatan studi kasus, PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia merupakan
perusahaan pangan organik di Kecamatan Kalasan yang bekerjasama dengan ribuan
distributor dari seluruh provinsi di Indonesia. Metode pengambilan responden
purposive meliputi direktur, manajer persediaan, manajer produksi dan staff
marketing. Jenis dan sumber data terdiri dari data primer dan sekunder. Metode
pengumpulan data dengan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis
data yang digunakan yaitu Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock, dan
reorder point (ROP). Hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa (1) persediaan beras organik
pada PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia belum optimal berdasarkan pemesanan
optimal yaitu sebesar 7.867 Kg/Pesanan dengan frekuensi pemesanan 15 kali/tahun
sedangkan pemesanan sebenarnya yaitu 9.422 Kg/Pesanan dengan frekuensi
pemesanan 12 kali/tahun (2) persediaan pengaman (safety stock) beras organik
sebesar 2.992 Kg dan (3) jumlah pemesanan ulang (reorder point) beras organik
sebesar 4.606 Kg.

ABSTRACT
This research aimed to (1) Analyze the optimal amount of inventory based on the
number of organic rice orders at PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia, (2) analyze the
safety stock of organic rice at PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia and (3) analyze the
reorder point of organic rice at PT. Lingkar Organik Indonesia. This research used
descriptive quantitative methods with a case study approach, PT Lingkar Organik
Indonesia is an organic food company in Kalasan District which collaborates with
thousands of distributors from all provinces in Indonesia. The method of taking
purposive respondents includes directors, inventory managers, production
managers and marketing staff. Data types and sources consist of primary and
secondary data. Data collected by interview, observation and documentation. The
data analysed techniques used are Economic Order Quantity (EOQ), safety stock,
and reorder point (ROP). The results showed that (1) organic rice inventory at PT
Lingkar Organik Indonesia was not optimal, optimal ordering is 7,867 Kg / Order
with a frequency of ordering 15 times / year while the actual order is 9,422 Kg /
Order with a frequency of ordering 12 times / year (2) safety stock for organic rice
of 2,922 Kg and (3) reorder point for organic rice of 4,606 Kg.
