Abstract
RINGKASAN
PT. Sugih Alamanurgoho adalah perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang industri pertambangan
batugamping. PT. Sugih Alamanugroho memiliki Ijin Usaha Pertambangan (IUP) Operasi Produksi
untuk bahan galian batu gamping di wilayah Kabupaten Gunung Kidul, Yogyakarta mencakup
daerah seluas 24,9 Ha. Daerah penelitian dilakukan di kuari Gunung Sidowayah produksi 24.000
Ton/Tahun. Akan tetapi Perusahaan ini menginginkan peningkatan sasaran produksi batu gamping
sebesar 26.000 Ton/Tahun dari lokasi penambangan untuk diolah menjadi bubuk batu gamping.
Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan batu gamping tersebut digunakan 1 unit alat muat excavator Hitachi
zaxis 200 dan 2 unit alat angkut dumptruck Mitshubishi FE 73
Permasalahan yang dihadapi PT. Sugih Alamanugroho saat ini adalah belum terpenuhinya target
produksi yang di inginkan perusahaan sebesar 24.000 Ton/Tahun meningkat menjadi 26.000
Ton/Tahun, permasalahan ini disebabkan karena penggunaan waktu kerja dari alat-alat mekanis yang
belum efektif . Upaya yang dilakukan untuk terpenuhinya peningkatan sasaran produksi pertamatama
adalah dengan melakukan perbaikan waktu kerja efektif dan efisiensi kerja sehingga
peningkatan sasaran produksi yang diinginkan perusahaan sebesar 24.000 Ton/Tahun meningkat
menjadi 26.000 Ton/Tahun bisa tercapai. Sebelum melakukan perbaikan waktu kerja efektif dan
efisiensi kerja maka produktifitas 2 unit Mitshubishi FE 73 sebesar 24.276,96 Ton/Tahun dan 1 unit
Excavator Hitachi Zaxis 200 sebesar 67.134,24 Ton/Tahun, sedangkan Setelah melakukan perbaikan
waktu kerja efektif dan efisiensi kerja maka produktifitas 2 unit Mitshubishi FE 73 sebesar 27.423,36
Ton/Tahun dan 1 unit Excavator Hitachi Zaxis 200 sebesar 76.093,2Ton/Tahun setelah perbaikan.
Produksi yang digunakan adalah produktifitas minimal, oleh karenanya produksi nyata yang
digunakan adalah produktifitas alat angkut yaitu sebesar 27.423,36 Ton/Tahun atau sekitar 2.285,28
Ton/Bulan, jadi peningkatan produksi yang diinginkan perusahaan sudah tercapai.
ABSTRACT
PT. Sugih Alamnugroho was a company engaged in a limestone mining industrial field. PT. Sugih
Alamnugroho had a product operation of Mining Business License (IUP) for limestone mineral in
region of Gunungkidul Regency, Yogyakarta covered a 24.9 hectare width area. The research region
was conducted in quarry of Sidowayah hill with production volume of 24,000 tons/year. However,
this company desired to improve its limestone production target of 26,000 tons/year from the mining
location to be processed into limestone powder. To fulfill that limestone needs used 1 unit of
excavator loader Hitachi Zaxis 200 and 2 units of dump truck transporter Mitsubishi FE 73.
The problems facing by PT. Sugih Alamnugroho today was unfulfilled of production target desired
by the company of 24,000 tones/year increased into 26,000 tons/year. These problems was due to
work time user of ineffectiveness of mechanical equipment
The efforts conducted to fulfill the increase of production target was firstly improving effective work
time and work efficiency so that the production target increase desired by the company of 24,000
tones/year into 26,000 tons/year could be achieved. Prior to implementing effective work time and
work efficiency so that the productivity of 2 units of Mitsubishi FE 73 of 24,276.96 tons/year and 1
unit of excavator Hitachi Zaxis 200 of 67,134.24 tons/year, while after implementing improvement
of effective work time and work efficiency so that the productivity of 2 units of Mitsubishi FE 73 of
27,423.36 tons/year and 1 unit of excavator Hitachi Zaxis 200 of 76,093.2 tons/year. The production
used was a minimum productivity so that the real production used was transporter productivity of
27,423.36 tons/year or about 2,285.28 tons/year, so that the production increase desired had been
achieved
