Abstract
This study aims to determine the influence of work flexibility and
compensation on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable
among ShopeeFood drivers in Yogyakarta. This type of research is
quantitative research. The population in this study consists of all
ShopeeFood drivers in Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used is non�probability sampling, resulting in 105 drivers who meet the criteria of
having at least one order in the last three months. Data collection was
carried out by distributing online questionnaires via Google Forms, which
were then processed and analyzed using descriptive and quantitative
analysis with Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) PLS using SmartPLS 4
software. The results of the study show that work flexibility has a positive
and significant effect on performance, compensation has a positive and
significant effect on performance, work flexibility has a positive and
significant effect on performance with job satisfaction as a mediating
variable, and compensation has a positive and significant effect on
performance through job satisfaction as a mediating variable.
