ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan memitigasi risiko dalam
rantai pasok UMKM CustomJersey.ID guna meningkatkan ketahanan perusahaan dalam
jaringan rantai pasok. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Analytical
Hierarchy Process (AHP) dan Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory
(DEMATEL). AHP digunakan untuk menentukan prioritas risiko, sedangkan DEMATEL
digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antar faktor risiko. Proses penelitian
melibatkan wawancara dan pembuatan Fishbone Diagram untuk mengidentifikasi potensi
risiko pada tiga titik utama: bahan baku, proses produksi, dan pemasaran. Identifikasi risiko
awal menemukan 21 potensi risiko yang diklasifikasikan ke dalam tiga kategori utama.
Pada kategori bahan baku, risiko yang diidentifikasi mencakup
ketidaksesuaian spesifikasi material, kecacatan tak terduga, kualitas bahan yang kurang
bagus, variasi bahan yang tersedia, keterlambatan pengiriman, dan kenaikan harga bahan
baku. Risiko pada proses produksi meliputi hasil jahitan dan printing yang tidak sesuai,
kesalahan pembelian bahan oleh karyawan, keterlambatan proses produksi, dan kerusakan
mesin pada subkontrak. Sementara itu, risiko pemasaran mencakup branding di media
sosial, kualitas yang tidak sesuai dengan permintaan pelanggan, pengembalian produk, dan
persaingan dari UMKM konveksi lainnya. Setelah mengidentifikasi dan
mengklasifikasikan risiko, strategi mitigasi dirumuskan berdasarkan wawancara dengan
pihak UMKM CustomJersey.ID.
Strategi mitigasi ini dirancang untuk mengurangi dampak dari risiko yang
diidentifikasi, dengan prioritas yang ditentukan melalui analisis AHP dan hubungan antar
risiko yang dianalisis menggunakan DEMATEL. Mitigasi risiko untuk bahan baku
melibatkan lima strategi, untuk proses produksi melibatkan delapan strategi, dan untuk
pemasaran melibatkan dua strategi. Hasil penelitian ini dapat meningkatkan kualitas
operasional dan daya saing UMKM CustomJersey.ID dengan menyediakan langkah-
langkah mitigasi yang efektif. Selain itu, penelitian ini juga dapat memberikan panduan
bagi UMKM lainnya dalam menghadapi risiko di rantai pasok mereka. Penelitian ini
memberikan kontribusi penting dalam bidang manajemen risiko rantai pasok, terutama bagi
UMKM yang sering kali rentan terhadap berbagai risiko operasional.

DETERMINATION OF MSME RESILIENCE STRATEGY USING AHP-
DEMATEL METHOD
ABSTRACT
This study aims to identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain of the SME
CustomJersey.ID to enhance the company's resilience within the supply network. The
methods used in this research are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Decision
Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory (DEMATEL). AHP is used to determine risk
priorities, while DEMATEL is used to identify the relationships between risk factors. The
research process involved interviews and the creation of a Fishbone Diagram to identify
potential risks at three main points: raw materials, production processes, and marketing.
Initial risk identification found 21 potential risks classified into three main categories.
In the raw materials category, identified risks include material specification
mismatches, unexpected defects, poor quality materials, variations in available materials,
delivery delays, and raw material price increases. Risks in the production process include
mismatched sewing and printing results, employee mistakes in material purchasing,
production process delays, and machine damage at subcontractors. Meanwhile, marketing
risks include social media branding, quality not meeting customer demands, product
returns, and competition from other SMEs in the garment industry. After identifying and
classifying the risks, mitigation strategies were formulated based on interviews with
CustomJersey.ID.
These mitigation strategy are designed to reduce the impact of identified
risks, with priorities determined through AHP analysis and inter-risk relationships
analyzed using DEMATEL. Mitigation for raw materials involves five strategies, for
production processes involves eight strategies, and for marketing involves two strategies.
The results of this study are to improve the operational quality and competitiveness of
CustomJersey.ID by providing effective mitigation measures. Additionally, this research is
also to provide guidance for other SMEs in managing risks in their supply chains. This
study makes a significant contribution to the field of supply chain risk management,
particularly for SMEs that are often vulnerable to various operational risks.
