ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh
pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan asli daerah, dan dana perimbangan terhadap
realisasi belanja daerah di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini, variabel
independen yang digunakan adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi, pendapatan asli daerah,
dan dana perimbangan. Sedangkan variabel dependen yang digunakan adalah
belanja daerah. Populasi dan sampel yang digunakan adalah 35 kabupaten/kota di
Jawa Tengah tahun 2020 – 2022, yang terdiri dari 29 kabupaten dan 6 kota. Teknik
pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan metode sampling jenuh di mana semua
anggota populasi akan digunakan sebagai sampel. Metode analisis penelitian
menggunakan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa
pertumbuhan ekonomi memiliki pengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap
belanja daerah. Sementara itu, pendapatan asli daerah dan dana perimbangan
memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap belanja daerah. Hasil koefisien
determinasi menunjukkan sebesar 96,3% yang berarti bahwa kemampuan variabel
independen menjelaskan variabel dependen sangat kuat dan sisanya sebesar 3,7%
dijelaskan oleh variabel di luar penelitian.

ABSTRACT
This research aims to examine the influence of economic growth, local
revenue, and balance funds on realization of regional expenditure in the Central
Java Province. In this study, the independent variables used are economic growth,
local revenue, and balance funds, while the dependent variable is regional
expenditure. The population and sample consist of 35 regencies/cities in Central
Java from 2020 to 2022, comprising 29 regencies and 6 cities. The sampling
technique employed is the saturated sampling method, where all members of the
population are used as samples. The research analysis method utilizes multiple
linear regression. The results of the study indicate that economic growth has a
negative and non-significant influence on regional expenditure. Meanwhile, local
revenue and balance funds have a positive and significant impact on regional
expenditure. The coefficient of determination results in 96.3%, indicating that the
ability of independent variables to explain the dependent variable is very strong,
with the remaining 3.7% explained by variables outside the scope of the study.
