ANALISIS PENGARUH PDB SEKTOR PERTANIAN, TENAGA
KERJA SEKTOR PERTANIAN, CADANGAN DEVISA, DAN
HARGA BERAS INTERNASIONAL TERHADAP IMPOR
BERAS DI INDONESIA TAHUN 1990-2021
INTISARI
Beras merupakan kebutuhan pangan utama diberbagai negara di dunia.
Pemerintah Indonesia melakukan berbagai upaya untuk mencukupi kebutuhan
pangan dalam negeri salah satunya dengan cara mengimpor beras. Namun, impor
beras yang tidak terkendali akan menyebabkan stabilitas perekonomian terganggu.
Penelitian ini, bertujuan untuk mengtahui pengaruh PDB sektor pertanian, tenaga
kerja sektor pertanian, cadangan devisa dan harga beras internasional terhadap
impor beras di Indonesia tahun 1990 – 2021. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode
analisis Error Correction Model (ECM). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa
dalam jangka pendek variabel PDB sektor pertanian dan tenaga kerja sektor
pertanian tidak berpengaruh terhadap impor beras. Sedangkan variabel cadangan
devisa berpengaruh positif terhadap impor beras dan variabel harga beras
internasional berpengaruh negatif terhadap impor beras.

ABSTRACT
Rice is the main food requirement in various countries in the world. The
Indonesian government has made various efforts to meet domestic food needs, one
of which is by importing rice. However, uncontrolled rice imports will disrupt
economic stability. This research aims to determine the influence of agricultural
sector GDP, agricultural sector employment, foreign exchange reserves and
international rice prices on rice imports in Indonesia in 1990 - 2021. This research
uses the Error Correction Model (ECM) analysis method. The results of this
research show that in the short term the agricultural sector GDP and agricultural
sector labor variables have no effect on rice imports. Meanwhile, the foreign
exchange reserve variable has a positive effect on rice imports and the international
rice price variable has a negative effect on rice imports.
