LUTFI WARDATUL MUHARROMAH. 2023. Adaptasi Interaksi Masyarakat
pada Pengembangan Desa Wisata Kalipelus Kecamatan Kebonagung Kabupaten
Pacitan. Di bawah arahan Siti Hamidah.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Mengkaji pengelolaan Desa Wisata Kalipelus
oleh Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Pantai Pangasan (2) Mengkaji proses
adaptasi interaksi masyarakat Desa Kalipelus akibat adanya Desa Wisata. Jenis
penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian studi kasus dan pendekatan kualitatif.
Teknik pengambilan informan menggunakan teknik purposive sample untuk
menentukan informan kunci, utama dan pendukung. Informan dalam penelitian ini
diantaranya adalah informan kunci yaitu Direktur BumDes Argo Manik Kalipelus,
informan utama yaitu masyarakat Desa Kalipelus yang terlibat dalam
pengembangan Desa Wisata Kalipelus, dan informan pendukung yaitu Kepala
Desa Kalipelus. Sumber data yang digunakan adalah data primer dan data
sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dan
dokumentasi. Pengujian keabsahan data menggunakan triagulasi sumber. Teknik
analisis data yaitu dengan mengumpulkan data, mereduksi data, penyajian data,
penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan (1)
Pengelolaan Desa Wisata yang dilakukan oleh Pokdarwis Pantai Pangasan dengan
melibatkan Pemerintah Desa Kalipelus melalui proses perencanaan,
pengorganisasian, penggerakan, dan pengawasan (2) Proses adaptasi interaksi
masyarakat Desa Wisata Kalipelus terjadi melalui kontak sosial dan komunikasi
sosial. Keberadaan wisatawan setelah adanya Desa Wisata Kalipelus membawa
cara interaksi yang mempengaruhi interaksi pada masyarakat, sehingga
masyarakat melakukan adaptasi terhadap kebiasaan baru yang masuk di
lingkungannya. Kontak sosial setelah adanya Desa Wisata Kalipelus interaksi
yang dilakukan masyarakat dilakukan secara langsung dengan peningkatan
frekuensi bertemu, dan secara tidak langsung melalui media sosial. Komunikasi
sosial pada masyarakat masih tetap menggunakan Bahasa Jawa, dimana pola pikir
masyarakat mulai terbuka pada potensi pariwisata, hal tersebut juga
mengakibatkan bertambahnya organisasi sosial di masyarakat berupa Kelompok
Sadar Wisata Pantai Pangasan, perkumpulan warung dan perkumpulan ojek.
Masyarakat mengalami adaptasi interaksi dengan tetap mempertahankan jati
dirinya Masyarakat melakukan adaptasi terhadap interaksi untuk mempertahankan
eksistensinya.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to (1) examine the management of Kalipelus Tourism Village by
the Pangasan Beach Tourism Awareness Group (Pokdarwis) (2) examine the
process of adaptation of Kalipelus Village community interaction due to the
existence of a Tourism Village. The type of research used is case study research
and a qualitative approach. The technique of taking informants uses a purposive
sample technique to determine key, main and supporting informants. The
informants in this study include key informants, namely the Director of BumDes
Argo Manik Kalipelus, main informants namely communities involved in the
development of Kalipelus Tourism Village, and supporting informants, namely the
Kalipelus Village Head. The data sources used are primary data and secondary
data. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, and
documentation. Data validity testing uses source triagulation. Data analysis
techniques are collecting data, reducing data, presenting data, drawing
conclusions and verification. The results of this study indicate (1) Tourism Village
Management carried out by Pokdarwis Pangasan Beach is carried out through
the process of planning, organizing, actuating, and controlling (2) The process of
adaptation of community interaction in Kalipelus Tourism Village occurs through
social contact and social communication. The presence of tourists after the
existence of Kalipelus Tourism Village brings ways of interaction that affect
interactions in the community, so that people adapt to new habits that enter their
environment. Social contact after the existence of Kalipelus Tourism Village is
done directly by increasing the frequency of meeting, and indirectly through
social media. Social communication in the community still uses Javanese, where
the mindset of the community is starting to open up to the potential of tourism, it
also results in the increase of social organizations in the community in the form of
Kelompok Sadar Wisata Pantai Pangasan, stall associations and ojek
associations. The community experiences interaction adaptation while
maintaining its identity The community adapts to interactions to maintain its
existence.
