ABSTRAK
Supplier merupakan suatu individu atau perusahaan yang menyediakan
sumber daya bagi suatu perusahaan dalam bentuk barang dan jasa. Supplier dapat
menjadi faktor keberhasilan suatu perusahaan bahkan menjadi sebuah kendala
apabila pemasok tidak memenuhi kebutuhan produksi. CV Orbit Trust Corporation
merupakan perusahaan manufaktur yang bergerak pada bidang industri percetakan.
Bahan produksi yang paling banyak adalah kertas. Untuk pengadaan kertas
perusahaan bekerjasama dengan delapan supplier yaitu Mitra Abadi, Cokro,
Puspita, Pasti Jaya, Pratama Jaya, Warna Jogja, Paperku dan Multipratama.
Permasalahan yang sering dihadapi CV Orbit Trush Corporation adalah kertas yang
didatangkan dari supplier saat ini tidak mencapai angka purchasing order yang
diminta. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara dengan dengan owner perusahaan
permasalahan tersebut terjadi pada bulan-bulan tertentu seperti pergantian tahun
ajaran pendidikan, perusahaan mengalami kenaikan yang fluktuatif. Tepatnya bulan
Desember 2022, perusahaan mengalami peningkatan kebutuhan kertas.
Berdasarkan data kebutuhan kertas sebanyak 2000 rim, sedangkan permintaan
kertas pada bulan sebelumnya berjumlah 1000 rim. Jumlah ini meningkat 100%
dari permintaan bulan sebelumnya. Permasalahan tersebut dapat merugikan
perusahaan sehingga perlu dilakukan pemecahan masalah dengan melakukan
penelitian.
Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy
Process (F-AHP) dan Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS). Penelitian ini dilakukan
dengan melakukan observasi lapangan, wawancara dan studi pustaka. Setelah
mendapatkan data kemudian melakukan pengolahan data dan analisis. Tahapan
pada pengolahan data, tahap pertama yang dilakukan adalah menentukan faktor
yang akan menjadi kunci dalam pemilihan supplier. Penentuan faktor menggunakan
Metode Delphi dengan 3 responden yang memiliki keterlibatan dalam pemilihan
supplier di perusahaan. Hasil pengolahan penentuan kriteria telah memenuhi
persyaratan dimana standar deviasi kurang dari 1,5 dan interquartile range kurang
dari 2,5, sehingga peneliti mengajukan 6 kriteria utama dan 21 subkriteria.
Hasil pengolahan data menggunakan metode FAHP-ARAS menunjukkan
hasil prioritas 1 adalah Cokro, prioritas 2 adalah Mitra Abadi, prioritas 3 adalah
puspita, prioritas 4 adalah Paperku, prioritas 5 adalah Pasti Jaya, prioritas 6 adalah
Pratama Jaya, dan prioritas 7 adalah Warna jogja dan prioritas 8 adalah
Multipratama. Saran penelitian selanjutnya dapat memperbanyak kriteria maupun
kriteria yang akan diteliti.

PAPER SUPPLIER SELECTION USING FUZZY ANALYTICAL
HIERARCHY PROCESS (F-AHP) AND ADDITIVE RATIO
ASSESSMENT (ARAS) METHOD
ABSTRACT
A supplier is an individual or company that provides resources to a
company in the form of goods and services. Suppliers can be a factor in the success
of a company and can even become an obstacle if the supplier does not meet
production needs. CV Orbit Trust Corporation is a manufacturing company
operating in the printing industry. The most common production material is paper.
To procure paper, the company collaborates with eight suppliers, namely Mitra
Abadi, Cokro, Puspita, Pasti Jaya, Pratama Jaya, Warna Jogja, Paperku and
Multipratama. The problem that CV Orbit Trush Corporation often faces is that the
paper imported from the supplier currently does not reach the requested purchasing
order figure. Based on the results of interviews with the company owner, this
problem occurred in certain months, such as the turn of the educational school
year, the company experienced fluctuating increases. To be precise, in December
2022, the company will experience an increase in paper needs. Based on data, the
demand for paper is 2000 reams, while the demand for paper in the previous month
was 1000 reams. This number increased 100% from the previous month's demand.
This problem can be detrimental to the company so it is necessary to solve the
problem by conducting research.
This research uses the Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchy Process (F-AHP) and
Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) method approaches. This research was carried
out by conducting field observations, interviews and literature studies. After getting
the data, then carry out data processing and analysis. Stages in data processing,
the first stage is to determine the factors that will be key in selecting suppliers.
Determining factors used the Delphi method with 3 respondents who were involved
in selecting suppliers in the company. The results of the processing for determining
the criteria have met the requirements where the standard deviation is less than 1.5
and the interquartile range is less than 2.5, so the researchers proposed 6 main
criteria and 21 sub-criteria.
The results of data processing using the FAHP-ARAS method show that
priority 1 is Cokro, priority 2 is Mitra Abadi, priority 3 is Puspita, priority 4 is
Paperku, priority 5 is Pasti Jaya, priority 6 is Pratama Jaya, and priority 7 is
Warna Jogja and priority 8 is Multipratama. Suggestions for further research
include increasing the criteria and criteria that will be studied.
