SCHLUMBERGER DI DAERAH SRUMBUNG, KABUPATEN
MAGELANG, JAWA TENGAH

tambang beserta jumlah estimasi cadangan pasir.
kedalaman 40 meter. Berdasarkan perhitungan dengan menggunakan software
Rockworks, diperoleh volume endapan pasir sebesar 2.791.000 m3. Sehingga,
gr/cm3sampai 2,3 gr/cm3, maka diketahui total potensi sumber daya pasir yaitu
berkisar antara 4.744.700 ton sampai 6.419.300 ton.

ABSTRACT
SAND MINING PROSPECT DETERMINATION BASED ON
WENNER-SCHLUMBERGER CONFIGURATION GEOELECTRIC
DATA IN SRUMBUNG AREA, MAGELANG DISTRICT, CENTRAL
JAVA

Sand mining activities have been carried out for years in the Srumbung area,
Kab. Magelang, Central Java. However, not all places have been mined due to the
lack of quantification information from these areas. Therefore, this research aims
to find out where the mining prospect areas are and the estimated amount of sand
reserves.
The method used is geoelectric resistivity, Wenner-Schlumberger
configuration, using 14 tracks with a crossing length of 240 m. This method is used
because of its superiority in being able to detect inhomogeneous properties in rock
layers below the surface. Data processing is carried out to produce 2-dimensional
resistivity cross-sections, geological modeling and 3-dimensional modeling.
The analysis and interpretation resulting from the 2-dimensional cross section
is that there is sand - andesite deposit lithology with a resistivity value of 153
Ohm.m – 451 Ohm.m on the entire measurement path. These results are
strengthened by 3-dimensional modeling analysis which shows that the distribution
of sand deposits can be seen from the northeast to the southwest to a depth of 40
meters. Based on calculations using Rockworks software, the volume of sand
deposits was obtained at 2,791,000 m3. So, by referring to the density table, the
sand density value ranges from 1.7 gr/cm3 to 2.3 gr/cm3, so it is known that the
total potential sand resources range from 4,744,700 tonnes to 6,419,300 tonnes.
