ABSTRAK
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh pemahaman tentang (1)
analisis pengaruh persentase penduduk miskin terhadap tingkat pengangguran
terbuka di kabupaten dan kota Provinsi Jawa Barat, (2) menganalisis PDRB miskin
terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka di kabupaten dan kota Provinsi Jawa Barat,
(3) Menganalisis rata lama sekolah miskin terhadap tingkat pengangguran terbuka
di kabupaten dan kota Provinsi Jawa Barat, (4) membandingkan determinan
pengangguran terbuka antara wilayah kabupaten dengan kota di Provinsi Jawa
Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan model
estimasi menggunakan regresi data panel, Fixed Effect Robust. Dari hasil penelitian
yang telah dilakukan mendapatkan hasil bahwa variabel Presentase Penduduk
Miskin dan Rata Lama Sekolah memberikan pengaruh signifikan positif terhadap
Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka. Sementara variabel PDRB tidak berpengaruh
signifikan terhadap Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka.

ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to gain an understanding of (1) analysis of the
influence of the percentage of poor people on the open unemployment rate in
regencies and cities of West Java Province, (2) to analyze poor GRDP on the open
unemployment rate in regencies and cities of West Java Province, (3) Analyzing the
average length of schooling for the poor on the open unemployment rate in
regencies and cities in West Java Province, (4) comparing the determinants of open
unemployment between regencies and cities in West Java Province. This study uses
a quantitative descriptive method with an estimation model using panel data
regression, Fixed Effect Robust. From the results of the research that has been
carried out, it is found that the variables Percentage of Poor Population and
Average Years of Studying have a significant positive effect on the Open
Unemployment Rate. While the GRDP variable has no significant effect on the
Open Unemployment Rate.
