Kehutanan dan Perikanan Dalam Mendukung Perekonomian Wilayah Di
Kabupaten Asahan. Dibimbing Oleh: Ni Made Suyastiri YP
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk (1) Menganalisis sektor dan subsektor basis di
sektor pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan di Kabupaten Asahan. (2)
Menganalisis kontribusi sektor dan subsektor pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan
di Kabupaten Asahan. (3) Menganalisis trend PDRB sektor pertanian, kehutanan,
dan perikanan di Kabupaten Asahan pada lima tahun yang akan datang. Metode
penelitian kuantitatif dan penelitian deskriptif. Metode penentuan lokasi yaitu
purposive. Metode pengambilan data penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder
dari studi pustaka dan dokumentasi pada website. Teknik analisis yang digunakan
yaitu Location Quotient (LQ), kontribusi dan trend. Hasil penelitian
menyimpulkan: (1) Sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan merupakan sektor
basis. Subsektor basis yaitu subsektor tanaman perkebunan; perikanan; tanaman
pangan; kehutanan dan penebangan kayu. Subsektor non basis yaitu subsektor
tanaman hortikultura; peternakan; jasa pertanian dan perburuan. (2) Kontribusi
sektor pertanian, kehutanan, dan perikanan berkontribusi 43,46%. Kontribusi
subsektor tanaman perkebunan berkontribusi 29,77%. Sedangkan subsektor
berkontribusi rendah yaitu tanaman pangan 12,70%; perikanan 7,06%; tanaman
hortikultura 4,60%; peternakan 4,45%; kehutanan dan penebangan kayu 2,37%;
jasa pertanian dan perburuan 0,34%. (3) Trend PDRB sektor pertanian, kehutanan
dan perikanan pada lima tahun kedepan dari tahun 2023 hingga 2027 mengalami
peningkatan.

ABSTRACT
This study aims (1) analyze the basic sectors and sub-sectors in the agricultural,
forestry and fisheries sectors in Asahan District. (2) Analyze the contribution of
the agricultural, forestry and fishery sectors and sub-sectors in Asahan District.
(3) Analyzing the trend of GRDP in the agriculture, forestry and fisheries sectors
in Asahan Regency in the next five years. Quantitative research methods and
descriptive research types. The location determination method is purposive. This
research data collection method uses secondary data from literature and
documentation on the website. The analysis technique used is Location Quotient
(LQ), contribution and trend. The results of the study concluded: (1) The
agriculture, forestry and fishery sectors are the base sectors. The base sub-sector,
namely the plantation crops sub-sector; fishery; crops; forestry and logging. The
non-basic sub-sector, namely the horticultural crops sub-sector; farm;
agricultural and hunting services. (2) The contribution of the agriculture, forestry
and fishery sectors contributed 43.46%. The plantation sub-sector contributed
29.77%. Meanwhile, the low contributing sub-sectors were food crops 12.70%;
fisheries 7.06%; horticultural crops 4.60%; livestock 4.45%; forestry and logging
2.37%; agricultural and hunting services 0.34%. (3) The trend of GRDP in the
agricultural, forestry and fisheries sectors in the next five years from 2023 to
2027 will increase.
