Abstract

Research activities carried out in the PT. Sinar Asia Fortuna (PT SAF) WIUP 20ha, PT. SAF is a company engaged in the management of non-metallic minerals in particular types of limestone. Limestone mining site of PT. Sinar Asia Fortuna is located in dukuh Pancuran, Tahunan village, Rembang district, Central Java Province. The research method is used is quantitative. Sampling techniques will be carried out by non-probability sampling that the saturation technique. Sampling is a sampling technique is saturated when all members of the population used as a sample. The study was conducted in several stages: preparation, field work stage, the stage of post-field work and report preparation stage. Parameters used to refer to PP No. 18 of 2008 Of reclamation and mine closure. Based on the results of research on the technical plan of reclamation of mined limestone PT. Sinar Asia Fortuna, reclamation plans include landscaping and revegetation plan, landscaping plan by calculating the volume of overburden that need and how long it takes to hoard land mined by the available tools. The result is the calculation for landscaping as : volume of overburden is required as much as 6,685,793 m3, productivity tools per month is 49 BCM / hour, the estimated time required for stockpiling of mined land is 136,444.75 hours. While the results of the study for revegetation activities as follows: Plants that will be used for revegetation process is teak plants (Tectonagrandis Lf). This plant is suitable for revegetation due process requirements in accordance with the conditions of his life in mined. topsoil structuring method is the pot method. This method is used because the topsoil is relatively little available or limited. Volume of topsoil required for planting is as much as 971.46 m3 Management direction to do in this area of research is the ecological aspects of the approach include the power to restore the land as the land planting teak trees, socioeconomic- cultural society by including in the reclamation activities, and institutional aspects by providing technical advice to PT SAF on the job efficiency.
