(Studi pada Perusahaan Manufaktur yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek
Indonesia Tahun 2017 – 2021)

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh Earnings per
Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), dan Debt to
Assets Ratio (DAR) terhadap harga saham. Sampel yang digunakan dalam
penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia
tahun 2017-2021. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah 137 perusahaan di
tahun 2017, 154 perusahaan di tahun 2018, 160 perusahaan di tahun 2019, 181
perusahaan di tahun 2020, dan 194 perusahaan di tahun 2021. Uji hipotesis
penelitian menggunakan uji regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan
bahwa EPS berpengaruh positif terhadap harga saham, DAR berpengaruh negatif
terhadap harga saham, sedangkan ROE dan PER tidak berpengaruh terhadap harga
saham. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan harus
memperhatikan aspek rasio EPS dan DAR karena variabel EPS dan DAR menjadi
acuan bagi investor untuk menentukan pilihannya dalam berinvestasi ke
perusahaan-perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2017-2021.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to find empirical evidence of the effect of Earnings per Share (EPS),
Return on Equity (ROE), Price to Earnings Ratio (PER), and Debt to Assets Ratio
(DAR) on stock prices. The sample used in this research is a manufacturing
company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2021. The number of
samples in this study were 137 companies in 2017, 154 companies in 2018, 160
companies in 2019, 181 companies in 2020, and 194 companies in 2021. Test the
research hypothesis using multiple regression tests. The results of this study
indicate that EPS has a positive effect on stock prices, DAR has a negative effect
on stock prices, while ROE and PER have no effect on stock prices. The implications
of this study indicate that companies must pay attention to the EPS and DAR ratios
because the EPS and DAR variables are a reference for investors to make their
choices in investing in manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2017-2021.
