Abstract
This study aims to examine and explain the effect of Corporate Governance and Intellectual Capital on Corporate Performance in the company based on knowledge and technology that go public in Indonesia. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. Generalize Structural Component Analysis (GSCA) is used to analyze data. The result of the study shows that Corporate Governance significantly effect on Intellectual Capital and Corporate Performance. Intellectual Capital significantly effect on Corporate Performance.
