Abstract
Spotr psychology is a new science, while physical activity is associated with a states psikologis in the face of competition is a mental condition psychology of sport and physical activity is the application of behavioral psychology in the conaxt of linking sport. Physical activity is movement of the body which causes the energy expenditure is very important for the mantenenance of physical and mental health,as well as maintaining quality of life to stay healthy and fit throughout to day.
The influrnce of psychologigal factor on the athletes will be seen clearly when the athlete is competing psychological problems most often arise in the sport, patriculary in relation to the match and during exercise are 1) positive thinking is interneded as a wae of thinking that leads toward something positive, look at good terms. 2) goal setting are the foundation and mental exercise. 3) Motivation can be viewed as a process in aperson to do something in and attempt to achieve certain goal. 4). Emotion. 5) anxiety and tension, and other unpleasant feelings. 6) confidence has definitely become one of the determinants of success of an athlete. 7) communication in question is two-way communication, especially among athletes with coaches. 8) concentration is the ability of athletes in maintaining focus attentation on the relevant game environments. 9) self – evaluation is intended as athletes attempt to identify circumstances that happened to himself
