Industri Tahu di Desa Margoagung, Kapanewon Seyegan, Sleman

ABSTRAK
Limbah cair industri tahu dapat menimbulkan pencemaran karena mengandung
polutan organik, sehingga mempunyai nilai BOD dan COD yang tinggi.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh paparan limbah cair tahu
terhadap sifat biologis tanah dan penyediaan unsur hara tanah sawah di Desa
Margoagung, Kapanewon Seyegan, Sleman. Metode Penelitian dilakukan
menggunakan metode survei, sedangkan penentuan titik sampel dilakukan secara
purposive sampling berdasarkan jarak dari output limbah. Titik pengambilan air
ditentukan sebagai berikut; SA-1 yaitu kontrol, SA-2 yaitu air limbah pada bak
IPAL, SA-3 yaitu output limbah dari IPAL, SA-4 yaitu air kali sebelum masuk ke
saluran irigasi, SA-5 sampai SA-10 dengan jarak 155 m dari titik satu ke titik
lainnya. Dari masing-masing titik pengambilan sampel air dambil sampel tanah
dengan jarak dari bibir irigasi yaitu 5 meter. Parameter tanah yang diamati adalah
pH, C-organik, N-total, N, P, dan K-tersedia, serta jumlah mikroba. Adapun
parameter air yang diuji adalah pH, BOD, dan COD. Hasil penelitian terhadap
limbah cair menunjukkan bahwa nilai BOD dan COD limbah melebihi ambang
batas berdasarkan Perda DIY No. 7 Tahun 2016 Tentang Baku Mutu Air Limbah.
Badan air yang terdampak limbah cair termasuk dalam klas II dan III. Hasil
penelitian sampel tanah pada parameter N, P, dan K tersedia secara umum
menunjukkan standar harkat rendah sampai sedang, sedangkan tanah sawah pada
parameter C-organik dan N-total secara umum menunjukkan harkat sangat rendah
sampai sedang. Jumlah mikroba berkisar antara 248 x 103
cfu/gr sampai dengan
280 x 103
cfu/gr. Paparan limbah cair industri tahu tidak berdampak terhadap sifat
kimia dan biologis tanah.

Waste of Tofu Industry in Margoagung Village, Seyegan District, Sleman

ABSTRACT
Tofu industrial wastewater can cause pollution because it contains organic
pollutants, so it has high BOD and COD values. This study aims to determine the
effect of tofu industrial wastewater exposure on soil biological properties and soil
nutrient availability in Margoagung Village, Seyegan District, Sleman. The
research was conducted using a survey method, while the sample points were
determined using a purposive sampling method based on the distance from the
waste output. Soil parameters were analyzed using a descriptive method based on
standard values, while the analysis of water parameters used the matching
method. Sampling is determined as follows: SA-1 is control, SA-2 is waste in the
WWTP tub, SA-3 is waste output from WWTP, SA-4 is river water before it
enters the irrigation canal, SA-5 to SA-10 taken at a distance of 155 m from one
point to another. Soil samples were taken from each water sampling point at a
distance of 5 m from the edge of the irrigation canal. Soil parameters observed
were pH, organic-C, total-N, N, P, and available-K, as well as the number of
microbes. The water parameters tested were pH, BOD, and COD. The results
showed that the water samples tested were included in criteria between class II
and class III. The results of the study of soil samples showed that available n, P,
and K generally indicated Low to Moderate values, while C-organic and total N
generally indicated Very Low to Moderate values. The number of microbes
ranged between 248 x 103
cfu/gr and 270 x 103
cfu/gr.
