(Hutagulung, 2017).
Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR).
membentuk model 3 dimensi bangunan. Selanjutnya tahap uji akurasi ketelitian

In 3D modeling, there are important elements that need to be considered,
namely the level of accuracy and detail of the resulting 3D model (Hutagulung,
2017).The standard parameter used in determining the level of success and level of
detail in the creation of 3D models is the Level of Detail (LoD) parameter published
by the Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) in 2012.Level of Detail (LoD) is a
standard level of detail of a 3D model object that can be used in various needs,
including LoD is often used to describe the characteristics of the desired 3D city
model in development planning and urban spatial planning. In addition, LoD can also
be a tool for consideration when planning data acquisition in relation to resource
budgeting.
The purpose of this study is to determine the value of accuracy and Level of
Detail that can be achieved from the results of making 3D models using Light
Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data. The 3D modeling is done using vector
extraction methods processes on the Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) point
cloud data. The next step is to test the accuracy of 3D modelling by calculating the
Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) on the difference between the dimensions of the
3D model and the real building. After that, an analysis of the results of 3D modeling
using Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) data was carried out with reference to
the Level of Detail (LoD) parameter.
The results of this study can be seen that the results of the accuracy test on
the 3D model made using Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) produce an RMSE
value of 0.0872 m. The analysis carried out on the results of making 3D models by
utilizing Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR) is known to reach the LoD 2
vi
requirements by successfully creating a detailed 3D model of the building on the roof
and walls that are formed straight following the roof.
