Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the BOS fund
budget at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta, whether the realization and reporting were in
accordance with applicable guidelines or regulations. This type of research is
qualitative. This data source is primary data sourced from interviews with the
Principal, BOS Treasurer, School Committee, Teachers and Students of SMK
Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. In addition, it also uses secondary data originating from the
accountability report for the use of BOS funds at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta. The
data analysis technique used by the researcher is using data collection techniques,
data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
The management of BOS funds at SMK Negeri 2 Yogyakarta is in
accordance with the BOS Technical Guidelines number 8 of 2020 with the use of
BOS funds in 2020 the percentage of absorption reaches 95.24%. SMK Negeri 2
Yogyakarta disseminates information on the receipt and utilization of the BOS Fund
to internal and external parties by posting it on the bulletin board so that all can
read in detail the use of the boss's funds. From the BOS fund report, the school also
sends the use of BOS funds through the EKSKUL application where the application
is for reporting to the DIKPORA Office and reporting directly to the center through
the Ministry of Education and Culture website online.
