DI DESA BANJARHARJO KECAMATAN KALIBAWANG

ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini dilakukan di industri rumah tangga Kelompok Wanita Tani
Pawon Gendis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah 1) menganalisis besarnya nilai tambah
dari coklat pegagan, peyek pegagan dan serbuk pegagan pada industri rumah tangga
Kelompok Wanita Tani Pawon Gendis, 2) menganalisis efisiensi dari usaha
pengolahan coklat pegagan, peyek pegagan, dan serbuk pegagan pada industri
rumah tangga Kelompok Wanita Tani Pawon Gendis. 3) Menganalisis trend
volume penjualan dari coklat pegagan, peyek pegagan dan serbuk pegagan pada
industri rumah tangga Kelompok Wanita Tani Pawon Gendis untuk 3 bulan yang
akan datang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif. Metode pelaksanaan
penelitian digunakan metode studi kasus. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer
dan data sekunder. Analisis data menggunakan metode Analisis Nilai Tambah,
Analisis Revenue Cost Ratio, dan Analisis Trend (Trend Kuadratik dan Trend
Ekponensial). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan: 1) nilai tambah produk coklat
pegagan sebesar Rp, 381.511,89, peyek pegagan sebesar Rp 114.369,98 dan serbuk
pegagan sebesar Rp 121.406,71, 2) efisiensi produk coklat pegagan sebesar 1,69
peyek pegagan sebesar 2,61 dan serbuk pegagan sebesar 3,04, 3) trend volume
penjualan produk coklat pegagan, peyek pegagan, dan serbuk pegagan menurun
pada periode Bulan September sampai November 2020.

ABSTRACT
This research was conducted in the home industry of the Pawon Gendis
Women Farmer Group. The purposes of this research were to 1) analyzed the
amount of the value added of gotu kola chocolate, gotu kola chips, and gotu kola
powder in the home industry of The Pawon Gendis Women’s Farmer Group, 2)
analyzed the process efficiency of gotu kola chocolate, gotu kola chips, and gotu
kola powder in the home industry of The Pawon Gendis Women’s Farmer Group
3) analyzes the sales trend of gotu kola chocolate, gotu kola chips, and gotu kola
powder in home industry of The Pawon Gendis Women Farmer Group in the next
three months. This research uses descriptive method. The method used to conduct
the research is case study method. The data used in this study are primary data and
secondary data. Data analysis tecnique used are value added analysis, revenue cost
ratio analysis, and trend analysis (quadratic trend and exponential trend). The
results of the study show : 1) the value added of gotu kola chocolate products is Rp.
381.511.89, gotu kola chips are Rp. 114,369.98 and gotu kola powder is Rp.
121.406.71, 2) the efficiency of gotu kola chocolate products is 1.69, gotu kola
chips is 2, 61 and gotu kola powder at 3.04, 3) the sales trend of gotu kola chocolate
products, gotu kola chips, and gotu kola powder decline in the period from
September to November 2020.
